About the event
Enjoy a relaxing Wellness Retreat with friends and Co-workers at NAMI MN and Nami Carver County volunteers. This 2.5 hour wellness event will sooth the spirit and enliven your creativity. Adventures will include Yin Yoga with horses, Sound bath, Therapeutic creative experience and Meet and Greet with AHHS horses. Come prepared with shoes and clothes that can get dirty, and an open mind for a unique and joyful experience!
