Special Guests Sanctuary Visit for Allison and Meg Family

Visiting the sanctuary with your family can be such a meaningful and memorable adventure—one that invites connection, curiosity, and a chance to slow down together. Allison and Meg, our AHHS Ambassadors, have reserved this special time to share the experience with their parents, and we’re honored to be part of that moment.

During your visit, you’ll be welcomed into the rhythm of the sanctuary. We’ll begin with a gentle introduction to our herd and how we approach being with the animals—through observation, respect, and awareness. You’ll learn a bit about each animal’s story and how we communicate using body language, energy, and presence.

From there, families may have the opportunity to brush a horse, visit with our goats and other animals, and spend time simply being—watching how the herd interacts and noticing what comes up within yourselves. We often include a simple, creative activity or reflective moment to help capture…
