Learn how to work with our rescue horses and support programs at AHHS

Come work on building community and personal mosaics with animals, joy and laughter!

This guided, ground-based experiential activity designed to help participants slow down, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with themselves through intentional time in nature and gentle connection with animals.

Grab your outdoor clothes for a fun adventure with the herd. Each week the herd offers a different gift to their person! Joy in the fun! (This is a class to teach skills of self regulation, in order to support our rescue horses self regulation. It is for 14+ with an adult - must pre-sign waiver)

A welcoming equine sanctuary where all abilities are celebrated through connection, creativity, mindfulness, nature, and the healing presence of rescued horses. Join us as we slow down, breathe deeply, create friendships, and discover joy with the herd!

The program supports artistic skill development, encourages joyful creative expression, and fosters social connection by creating opportunities for participants to build both new and ongoing relationships within a positive, inclusive environment.
