About the event
Join in the fun and relaxation of time with the herd at AHHS. Each Sunday Funday offers a unique adventure—no two visits are the same. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to begin your week.
This 2-hour experience invites you to learn about horses—and yourself—through the eyes of a horse.
Important Details:
This class focuses on building skills in self-regulation, body awareness, and mindful movement to support both your own well-being and the well-being of our rescue horses.
Open to ages 14+ (participants under 18 must attend with an adult).
A signed waiver is required prior to participation.
